Our candles are individually handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible. They may have slight imperfections, colour and appearance variations due to the nature of soy wax. Please also be advised "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.
Please note: To ensure utmost longevity of colour and fragrance of our candles for you, most of our candles are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made (excluding shipping timeframes). Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for preparation of large orders.
